Cancellation and Refund Policy
Project Cancellation
Clients may request a project cancellation in writing before the development phase begins. Any payments made for completed work or resources allocated will be non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if the project has not yet started or if Codemarine Technologies fails to deliver as per the agreed project scope.
No refunds will be issued for completed work, services already rendered, or digital products delivered.
Subscription Services
Monthly or annual subscription fees for maintenance, hosting, or support services are non-refundable. Clients may cancel future billing cycles by providing written notice at least 15 days before renewal.
Custom Development & Digital Products
Due to the nature of custom software and digital solutions, refunds are not provided once development has commenced.
Any disputes regarding project deliverables will be handled through mutual discussion and resolution.
Service Termination by Codemarine Technologies
We reserve the right to terminate services due to policy violations or breach of contract. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
